- Upload others' photos: Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo.
- Illegal content: Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harmful content: Upload photos depicting violence, nudity, or any content that could harm others.
- Harassment: Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or group.
- Spam: Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
- Automated access: Use bots, crawlers, or automated scripts without prior written permission.
- Security abuse: Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems.
- Resale: Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
- Photo manipulation: Upload heavily edited or pre-made makeup photos for analysis (results will be inaccurate).
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant GlowMatch a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Removal of prohibited content
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities when required
