By accessing or using GlowMatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GlowMatch provides AI-powered makeup diagnosis and personalized makeup recommendations based on uploaded facial photos. The Service includes:
- Facial feature analysis
- Personalized makeup look recommendations
- Step-by-step makeup tutorials
- Product recommendations
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access the full Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload photos containing other people's faces without their consent
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated scripts or bots without authorization
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Upload photos with heavy pre-existing makeup for analysis

5. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription terms:
- Free tier: Limited to 3 analyses per month
- Pro ($9.99/month): Unlimited analyses
- Enterprise ($29.99/month): Unlimited + API access
Payments are processed securely by Creem. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE WE STRIVE FOR ACCURACY, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- Makeup recommendations will suit every user's preferences
- Product recommendations will be available or suitable for all skin types
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Users should perform their own patch test for any recommended products. GlowMatch is not liable for any adverse reactions to recommended products.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOWMATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
